Tour Odéon Monaco, Luxury Interior Design Project
Vertical Luxury Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea
The Tour Odéon is one of the most iconic symbols of contemporary architecture in the Principality of Monaco. With its 48 floors, designed by architect Alexandre Giraldi and developed by the Marzocco Group, since 2014 it has defined the Monegasque skyline as an emblem of luxury living. This residential skyscraper, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, offers spectacular views and five-star hotel–style services, confirming its status as a true landmark of exclusive living in Monte Carlo.
In this prestigious context, Spazio Italiano was commissioned to design the interiors of several luxury apartments, interpreting the requests of a cosmopolitan and demanding clientele with sensitivity and bespoke attention.
Project Overview: Materials, Design and Italian Craftsmanship
One of the projects began with the client’s desire for a “cozy” home—warm and filled with natural light, able to convey a sense of welcome and familiarity while set in an atmosphere of absolute prestige. The night area, composed of the master bedroom and guest room, was designed with warm materials and tones: Calacatta Gold marble, beige and taupe leathers, walnut wood, and green-bronze details. A soft and embracing palette, conceived to evoke intimacy and comfort, almost like the warmth of a private retreat.
Inside Tour Odéon Monaco – A Vision of Italian Luxury
Tour Odéon is one of Monaco’s most iconic residential towers, rising 170 metres above the Principality with breathtaking panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. Indeed, the double tower stands as a landmark of contemporary architecture in Monte-Carlo, combining sculptural elegance with the highest standards of luxury residential living. Each of its 60 residences — from spacious apartments to exceptional sky duplexes — was designed to offer an unparalleled living experience.
Spazio Italiano was entrusted with the interior design of selected residences within Tour Odéon, bringing its signature Italian craftsmanship to one of the most prestigious addresses in Monaco. Furthermore, each space was approached as a unique project — with carefully curated materials, custom Italian furniture and meticulous attention to every finish and detail. As a result, the interiors combine sophisticated elegance with the warmth and refinement of Italian design tradition.
The project called for the finest natural materials — marble, lacquered surfaces, noble woods and handcrafted fittings — chosen to complement the architecture and enhance the sense of space and light. Whether in the living areas, master bedrooms or private terraces, every room reflects a consistent vision of understated luxury. Finally, the floor-to-ceiling glazing and sweeping views over Monaco and the Mediterranean were treated as an integral part of each interior, making the landscape itself an element of the design.
The living area, by contrast, followed a more dramatic and vibrant approach. Here, the designers chose materials with strong expressive power, able to reflect the hues of the sea and Mediterranean light. Saint Laurent marble, Macassar ebony, and gold and bronze accents gave life to cosmopolitan spaces, enriched with sculptural lamps and accessories that shine like jewels. Deep blues and intense greens complete the palette, creating a direct dialogue with the marine horizon framed by the windows.
Spazio Italiano’s approach was to combine precious materials and chromatic harmony, with a design language that alternates warmth and scenographic impact. Every environment was conceived as a sensorial experience, where the elegance of Italian design meets the international lifestyle of Monte Carlo.
